Topbar with logo, global search and profile; dock with authorized shortcuts; desktop with draggable icons and widgets; windows that open, minimize, maximize and close; task tray for minimized windows.
2. Day-to-day use
Use topbar search to find apps quickly. Keep only daily tools on the dock. Sensitive external apps should open in an internal window, not a loose browser tab.
3. Personalization
Dock colors and wallpaper can be enabled by the administrator. The goal is company identity without losing operational standards.
